Data processed
Email address (lowercase), the moment of consent, the consent text version, language, and only a SHA-256 digest of the deletion code. IP address, name, phone and browser information are not written to the record.
Purpose and legal basis
To tell you when Ruescan accounts open. It is not used for anything else, sold or shared. The basis is your explicit consent (Turkish KVKK art. 5/1; GDPR art. 6(1)(a) where it applies). The consent box is unticked and you do not need to tick it to use the free site check.
Transfers
The database runs on Cloudflare, so data may be processed outside Turkey.
The waiting-list form uses bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). During the check, browser information goes to Cloudflare; we do not store it.
Retention and deletion
The record is kept for 12 months, then deleted automatically. A deletion code is shown once when you sign up; it is visible only at that moment, so keep it. To delete, enter it under “Delete my entry” in the sign-up window, or send POST /api/bekleme/sil with {"silme_kodu": "…"}. If you lost the code, write to info@ruesandora.com; we answer within 30 days at most.
You can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing done before it.
Your rights (KVKK art. 11; GDPR arts. 15-21 where they apply)
